Finding and buying cars on the Internet is the wave of the future in the automotive industry. The Marc Heitz Auto Family embraces this wonderful new shift in our industry and wants to offer all of its customers online research centers that allow them to feel confident with their purchases. "Complete Satisfaction" is the state of mind we strive to promote among our customer base and staff in our ongoing effort to become the fastest growing, most respected auto group in the state of Oklahoma. We feel like well designed, useful, and convenient web centers, backed by a dedicated and properly trained Internet Sales staff are a new piece of that puzzle.

The newly redesigned MarcHeitzFord.com offers benefits like the quick quote pages for each individual new Ford vehicle. Each contains additional photos, vehicle brochures, and owners manuals for each model. Choose the test drive reviews link on your vehicle's quick quote page to read independent reviews of the Ford models along with trim comparisons and pricing structures. From the quick quote page you can also initiate contact with our Internet Sales department once you have decided on some of the details you want in your next vehicle. We are here to help in any way we can!

Another feature are the pages for some of the many Ford incentive plans being offered to organizations or associations who partner with Ford. For example, the Ford X Plan page gives a complete description of incentives and pricing offered to employees of Ford partner companies. The X plan page offers a searchable database of the qualifying companies and fleet partners who offer this added benefit. Simply type in the name of your company and the site does the work for you! There is also a page describing the ongoing relationship Ford has established with the American Quarter Horse Association, or AQHA, that many people in our community belong to. These members might otherwise be unaware of the $500 rebate they get from Ford for their membership. College students also get to share in the savings, so we gave them their very own information page too. We want our customers to stay updated about the current incentives and specials being offered and our website is the perfect way to do it!

Of course there are links to our New and Used inventories which are monitered daily, and a parts order form, but one thing that makes our service page stand out from the crowd is a service menu outlining many of the services offered by our state of the art Service Shop.

I want to thank our outstanding web design firm for their hard work and creativity. Fresh Input Design has done an excellent job for us in all phases of the development. I originally found them while searching the Dallas market and came across Park Cities Ford. One of the Fresh Input developers and I talked extensively before I chose them, which really gave me a high level of comfort and confidence. He has integrated each idea I've given him very quickly and I get to call and email him directly instead of trying to get thru 4 levels of customer service like with the bigger companies. We have at least 5 more pages in the works which should all be up by the end of the week, and they don't charge me extra for a reasonable amount of custom work. I'll back off so they can work on their other projects after that, but it is understood that part of the (very affordable) monthly maintenance fee is future development when I have an idea. Its like working with a friend instead of a corporate giant. I would recommend Fresh Input to anyone in the automotive industry or any other.
